Leading and developing a cross-functional team, you will manage and motivate the team to achieve branch and company objectives which includes performance reviews, appraisals and disciplinary meetings. Gaining up-to-date knowledge of area developments and competitor activity, you will create, manage and develop a branch business plan and work with Management to agree the branch budget. Developing sales to agreed levels, through new and existing business, you will pro-actively market the business for the branch and control and where possible reduce costs by managing stock to agreed levels.
As Internal Telesales Executive, your main focus will be to cultivate long-term and prosperous relationships with our customers, fulfilling their orders correctly and in accordance with our Customer Charter. Answering queries from both our existing and prospective customers, you will promote and expand the profitable operation of the branch by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and achieving excellent customer service always.
