Admin Assistant - Showrooms

We need someone with an enthusiastic, flexible attitude to join our team as an Admin Assistant to support with the effective administration of the branch.

The role will include the following duties;

  • Corresponding to emails
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Post
  • Spreadsheets
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Data input- updating and maintaining our internal system
  • General admin duties and to support other admin functions of the office

You will need to have good communication skills,a great attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

Also good ICT skills and familiar with using Microsoft Office tools

The working hours are 30 per week.
